Why you should play it: Describing Child of Eden as an on-rails shooter is at once factually correct and woefully inadequate. Conjured up by Tetsuya Mizuguchi, the mind that created Rez, Child of Eden exquisitely blends myriad explosions of digital colour with a soundtrack that is occasionally so heavy you can feel in your belly. Billed as a Kinect poster-child it was criminally overlooked by the joypad-faithful masses. It offers a rich experience via every control scheme.
What the web said: “Child Of Eden is a convincing example of how motion control can breathe new life into a niche genre ... It’s a delirious, intoxicating and sometimes cruel world that’s well worth the trip.” 8/10 – Edge

Jennifer Aniston receives star on Hollywood Walk of Fame
dam Sandler, who she starred with in Just Go With It and Along Came Polly, gave a speech discussing Jen's greatness. He joked: "She prayed for three things - to have everyone in the entire world be fascinated with her haircut, to one day star in a movie about an evil leprechaun who kills people, and most importantly, receive a star on the prestigious Hollywood Walk of Fame. Well today, Jennifer, the trifecta is here."
The actress, who was wearing a gold 'Jennifer' ring on her left hand, told the crowd that she was "extremely flattered, humbled, nervous and excited" to be honoured.
"It feels very surreal to be honest. I was born here and it's sort of something you went and saw as a kid and got excited about just walking and seeing the names," Jen said. "To imagine that you're going to be there is really special. It's fun."

Gloucestershire appeal planning decision
loucestershire have appealed against the decision to reject planning permission to develop their Bristol home.
The county have also expressed interest in building a new international ground north of the city as they refuse to relinquish their ambitions to stage regular international cricket.
The county's hopes of undertaking a £10 million development of their Nevil Road ground were dealt a blow when Bristol City Council rejected their plans by six votes to four on January 10. That verdict will now be adjudicated over by an inspector who will report to the Communities Secretary Eric Pickles.
